While we never change the “core concept” of our menu, twice each year we re-vamp and renew it with exciting seasonal changes that keep pace with the ever-changing culinary trends. Our challenge is to always offer our guests the wide variety of choices that they’ve come to expect from us for over 21+ years… always keeping in mind that we are not fine-dining, but are on the cutting edge of what a true “brewpub” experience should be.
All of our creations are designed and developed with our “made-from-scratch” philosophy wherever possible. Recipes are developed, tested and fine-tuned in-house months prior to making it onto the menu, making sure we can deliver what we promise.
