While we never change the "core concept" of our menu, twice each year we re-vamp and renew it with exciting seasonal changes that keep pace with the ever-changing culinary trends. Our challenge is to always offer our guests the wide variety of choices that they've come to expect from us for over 21+ years... always keeping in mind that we are not fine-dining, but are on the cutting edge of what a true "brewpub" experience should be.

All of our creations are designed and developed with our "made-from-scratch" philosophy wherever possible. Recipes are developed, tested and fine-tuned in-house months prior to making it onto the menu, making sure we can deliver what we promise. Take a few minutes and peruse our offerings...from traditional pub food, to some great pizzas, awesome burgers and sandwiches, an outstanding assortment of vegetarian choices, and a variety of salads and pub-stantial fare...PBC® menu truly can satisfy Mr. Meat & Potatoes Uncle Joe, salad-loving Aunt Sally, health-conscious Generation "X-ers" and Dino-nugget Johnny. There ís beer in ëm! Crispy corn tortilla chips layered with jalapeño cheese sauce, chili with beans, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced fresh tomato, jalapeños, green onions, guacamole and sour cream. 

We here at Prescott Brewing Company® look forward to accommodating your “take out needs”. We will do our best to make our delicious food as good at your destination, as it is here in our pub. New reusable packaging will be used in preparing your take out dishes.

BLUE MUSSELS STEAMED IN CREAM ALE (pictured) - A full pound of Chilean blue mussels steamed in Lodgepole Light, with Italian sausage, garlic, bell peppers, onion, fresh lemon juice and cilantro. Served with garlic ciabatta bread
