APPETIZERS

Grilled Shrimp Tostadas - Five mini tostadas topped with black bean refritos, cilantro slaw, cumin-lime dressing, tomato and marinated grilled shrimp.

PBC Dip - Our house specialty! - A magical blend of artichoke hearts, scallions, parmesan cheese and sour cream. Served warm in our fresh baked bread boule' with fresh veggies.

Jalapeno Hummus - Our house-made hummus made with fresh jalapeno peppers. Served in a rosemary red chili boule’ with warm focaccia bread, carrot sticks, and kalamata olives. Garnished traditionally with smoked paprika, virgin olive oil and parsley.

SALADS

Copper Basin Chipotle Chicken Salad - A tasty mixture of chicken breast, black beans, roasted corn, diced tomato and crispy lettuce, tossed together with our southwest chipotle dressing. Garnished with shredded cheddar cheese, crispy tortilla strips and fresh chopped cilantro.

Taco Salad - A crispy tortilla shell filled with your choice of seasoned ground beef or chicken, lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes and avocado. Served with our house salsa and sour cream

BURGERS

PBC's Pub Burger - 1/2 pound freshly ground beef patty, char-broiled to perfection and served on your choice of ciabatta bread or an onion-cheddar roll. Add your choice of cheddar, swiss, provolone or jalapeno jack cheese for no charge.

Burmeister Burger - Our house burger! Topped with PBC Dip, a creamy blend of artichoke hearts, scallions, parmesan cheese and sour cream. Served on your choice of ciabatta bread or an onion-cheddar roll.

Buffalo Burger - 1/2 pound lean ground buffalo meat cooked to your liking and served on your choice of ciabatta bread or an onion-cheddar roll.

DESSERTS

Gramm's "Comfortable" Peach Bread Pudding An Arizona frontier tradition! Peaches and vanilla in a bread custard, topped with Southern Comfort hard sauce.

Chocolate Malted Mousse - A delightfully sinful concoction made with Belgian chocolate and topped with whipped cream. Or turn your Mousse into a sinfully decadent parfait with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.

Apple-Cranberry-Walnut Cobbler -Warm Apple-Cranberry Cobbler topped with walnut streusel, vanilla ice cream and candied walnuts.

WRAPS

T.B.A. Wrap - Smoked turkey, bacon and avocado with lettuce, tomato and mozzarella cheese.

Southwestern Chicken Wrap - grilled chicken breast slices wrapped up with lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheddar cheese, avocado and our spicy southwest dressing


PUB-STANTIAL FARE

Fish & Chips - What's a pub without this tradition! We use our own Pale Ale batter and a light crispy breading. Served with PBC wedged potato pub chips, malt vinegar and tarragon mayo.

Portered Portabello - A marinated grilled mushroom sandwich topped with feta cheese and portered onions, served on a bed of crisp romaine lettuce with creamy mustard dressing. Choose ciabatta bread or an onion-cheddar roll, along with your choice of pub chips, coleslaw, hot applesauce or cottage cheese.

Spinach Enchiladas - White corn tortillas filled with spinach, onion and pepper jack cheese. Topped with red chile sauce and cheddar cheese. Served with black bean refritos, southwest rice, house salsa and sour cream.

Bangers & Mash - An English pub tradition and a "PBC house specialty!" English style banger sausages, simmered in our Hand-crafted ale, served with our homemade mashers and hot applesauce on the side.

Blue Mussels Steamed in Cream Ale - A full pound of Chilean blue mussels steamed in Lodgepole Light, with Italian sausage, garlic, bell peppers, onion, fresh lemon juice and cilantro.

Artie "Chokes" Linguine - Oven roasted chicken breast and artichoke hearts combined with linguine and sautéed mushrooms in a rich sherry sour cream sauce, then finished with parmesan cheese and green onions.

Shepherd’s Pie - A delicious mixture of ground lamb and beef simmered with carrots, onions and peas in our Petrified Porter ale. It’s topped with garlic mashed potatoes and cheddar cheese. Served with hot applesauce and beer bread.

PUB PIZZAS

Available in large or individual size.

Pioneer - A great combination of Italian Sausage, pepperoni, olives, tomatoes, onions, peppers and marinara sauce.

Marguerite Pizza- A perfect combination of olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, mozzarella, & feta cheese.

Greenhouse- Bursting with garden freshness, a full flavored vegetarian pizza with onions, mushrooms, peppers, black olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and artichoke hearts. Blanketed with mozzarella cheese.

Smoked BBQ Chicken - PBC's own BBQ sauce topped with grilled chicken, smoked mozzarella, red onions and fresh cilantro.

Hawaiian Jalapeno Punch - A traditionally sauced pizza topped with smoked mozzarella cheese, ham, pineapple and some fresh jalapenos - for a little punch in your mouth.

BREW HOUSE SANDWICHES

Monsoon - Over 1/3 lb of thinly sliced roast beef dipped in au jus. Topped with cheddar cheese and mushrooms. Served on our fresh baked rosemary roll.

Saguaro Chicken - A 6oz chicken breast topped with bueno green chiles, avocado and jalapeño jack cheese on ciabatta bread or an onion-cheddar roll.

PBC Pub Wedge - Stacked smoked turkey, ham, swiss cheese, crisp bacon, lettuce and tomato. All on focaccia style toast with chipotle mayo.

Turkey Brewben - Smoked turkey on grilled beer bread stuffed with our house made coleslaw, swiss cheese and creamy Thousand Island dressing.
