Fish & Chips - What's a pub
without this tradition! We use our own Pale Ale batter and a light crispy breading. Served
with PBC wedged potato pub chips, malt vinegar and tarragon mayo.
Portered Portabello - A marinated grilled mushroom sandwich topped with
feta cheese and portered onions, served on a bed of crisp romaine lettuce with creamy
mustard dressing. Choose ciabatta bread or an onion-cheddar roll, along with your choice
of pub chips, coleslaw, hot applesauce or cottage cheese.
Spinach Enchiladas - White
corn tortillas filled with spinach, onion and pepper jack cheese. Topped with red chile
sauce and cheddar cheese. Served with black bean refritos, southwest rice, house salsa and
sour cream.
Bangers & Mash - An English
pub tradition and a "PBC house specialty!" English style banger sausages, simmered in our
Hand-crafted ale, served with our homemade mashers and hot applesauce on the side.
Blue Mussels Steamed in Cream Ale -
A full pound of Chilean blue mussels steamed in Lodgepole Light, with Italian sausage,
garlic, bell peppers, onion, fresh lemon juice and cilantro.
Artie "Chokes" Linguine - Oven roasted
chicken breast and artichoke hearts combined with linguine and sautéed mushrooms in a rich
sherry sour cream sauce, then finished with parmesan cheese and green onions.
Shepherd’s Pie - A delicious mixture of
ground lamb and beef simmered with carrots, onions and peas in our Petrified Porter ale.
It’s topped with garlic mashed potatoes and cheddar cheese. Served with hot applesauce and
beer bread.

of Italian Sausage, pepperoni, olives, tomatoes, onions, peppers and marinara sauce.
Marguerite Pizza-
A perfect combination of olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, mozzarella, & feta cheese.
Greenhouse- Bursting with garden freshness, a
full flavored vegetarian pizza with onions, mushrooms, peppers, black olives, sun-dried
tomatoes, and artichoke hearts. Blanketed with mozzarella cheese.
Smoked BBQ Chicken - PBC's own
BBQ sauce topped with grilled chicken, smoked mozzarella, red onions and fresh cilantro.
Hawaiian Jalapeno Punch - A
traditionally sauced pizza topped with smoked mozzarella cheese, ham, pineapple and some
fresh jalapenos - for a little punch in your mouth.

Monsoon - Over 1/3 lb of
thinly sliced roast beef dipped in au jus. Topped with cheddar cheese and mushrooms.
Served on our fresh baked rosemary roll.
Saguaro Chicken - A 6oz chicken breast topped with bueno green chiles,
avocado and jalapeño jack cheese on ciabatta bread or an onion-cheddar roll.
PBC Pub Wedge - Stacked smoked
turkey, ham, swiss cheese, crisp bacon, lettuce and tomato. All on focaccia style toast
with chipotle mayo.
Turkey Brewben - Smoked turkey on
grilled beer bread stuffed with our house made coleslaw, swiss cheese and creamy Thousand
Island dressing.
