The following beers are JUST SOME OF our specialty/seasonal beers and may not be available daily. Please check with your bartender or server!!!

Manzanita Red - A medium bodied ale with a copper red color and malty caramel flavor that has a mild hop flavor and aroma.

Pine Tar Stout - PBC’S Oatmeal stout is a wonderful surprise!  It’s very smooth, not heavy and has a full coffee chocolate-like flavor.  We serve this beer under nitrogen from our nitro taps to ensure that cap of thick creamy foam.

Alpine Wheat - A German hefe-weizen (HEFY-VEYT-ZEN).  This beer is a traditional unfiltered wheat beer.  Imagine the aroma and flavor of cloves, banana and nutmeg, DELICIOUS!

Raven Maniac Stout - Russian Imperial Stouts were originally brewed for export to the Royal Court of Russia where they were
enjoyed by Catherine the Great.  Ours has a rich intense maltiness with black current, toffee and dark roasted malt flavors.  The higher alcohol content is sure to warm you up from the inside out.

Märzen/Oktoberfest - A medium bodied lager with a toasted malty flavor.  Märzen style beers have a clean mild hop bitterness and no hop aroma.  Deep copper in color.

Pilsner 500 - A light to medium bodied lager that is golden straw in color with a medium hop bitterness and a low hop aroma.  This beer is brewed in the classic European style and aged for 2 months.

Piñon Light - An American style light beer.  Our all malt version of this American classic is light bodied, light colored and very refreshing.  Better than Bud, Miller, and Coors combined.

Centennial ESB - E.S.B. or Extra Special Bitter, is really a misnomer because bitters are not really bitter at all.  Extra Special Bitters have a little more hops than the regular ‘bitter’ style of beer.  The color is deep amber and the hops are balanced by the malt to create a smooth and wonderful brew.

Strawberry Wheat - A crisp, light and refreshing wheat beer.  Brewed with 300 lbs. of real fruit.  The strawberries contribute to the color, aroma and flavor of this awesome beer.

Bumbleberry - Our blackberry honey ale, made with 300 lbs. of fresh fruit and just the right amount of honey, has a beautiful deep ruby color and blackberry flavor and aroma.

Christmas City Ale - PBC’S special holiday spiced beer.  Spiced with nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and our special secret spice ingredient.  This subtle blend of spices adds to the flavor of the malt and hops to create a unique and delicious holiday treat.

Blue Spruce Ale - Cool and blue, this wheat beer is not overpowering or sweet.  The aroma and color come from hundreds of pounds of blueberries.  The result is a beautiful balance between berries and beer.

Smokie the Brew - Rauchbier is a classic German style that originated in Bamburg.  Traditionally brewed with malt that’s been smoked over a hardwood fire, preferably beechwood.  The smoke character adds a mild woody flavor to the beer.

Walnut Brown Ale - Brown in color, our nut brown ale is brewed with a touch of dark malts to impart a roasted nutty flavor.  This beer has a nice maltiness and is spiced with just enough hops.

Achocolypse - A chocolate-infused dark porter.
