Benriach
Highlands: A medium bodied, fruity whisky with sweetish overtones and a gentle, malty finish. Aged 10 years

Strathisla
Highlands: A big, robust whisky which is full-flavoured and fruity, with a nutty, sherried sweetness. Aged 12 years

Balvenie Doublewood
Highlands/Speyside: An aroma of sherry and orange skins with a medium rich body. The palate consists of beautifully combined flavors of, nutty, sweet, sherry, orangey fruitiness and cinnamon spiciness. Long, tingling, warm finish. Aged 12 years

Cragganmore
Highland/Speyside: Very complex and fragrant aroma; Light to medium body; Delicately clean, restrained with a huge range of herbal flowery notes on the palate: Aged 12 years

Glenkinchie
Lowland/East: A soft, grassy, rather sweet aroma; Light to medium body; A well defined, smooth, grassy-sweet palate: Aged 10 years

Glenfarclas 10
Tempting sherry-sweet malty tones releasing subtle Christmas spices, honey, vanilla, and pear drops. Delicately light, with a mouth-watering combination of maltiness, smokiness and sherry sweetness. Aged 10 years

Highland Park 12
Highland (Island)/Orkney: Smoky "garden bonfire" sweetness, malty with a hint of sherry; Exceptionally smooth, medium body; Succulent, with a smoky, dry sweetness on the palate: Aged 12 years

Bowmore
Islay: Hint of sherry with saltiness; spicy aromas of heather and lavender: Light sweet then spicy with a hint of smoke; appetizing, lingering, late saltiness. A nice appertif. Aged 10 years

Glenlivet 12
Highland/Speyside: Flowery and soft aromas; Light to medium, smooth body; Flowery, peachy, notes of vanilla, delicate balance between sweetness and malty dryness. Aged 12 years

Glenfiddich
Highland/Speyside: Light and fresh, fruity, almost pear-like aromas; Light, firm, smooth body; A light, dry palate with subtle pear flavors and a hint of smoke. Aged at least 8 years

Laphroaig
Islay/Southshore: medicinal, seaweedy aroma with a hint of sherry; A medium, oily body ; a unique palate of seaweed, salty, oily character: Aged 10 years
