always been, and still is, serious business here at PBC, and throughout
these 12 eventful years, many honors and awards have been bestowed upon
this "little brewery" from Prescott. 22 National and International
awards have been well-earned from several brewing competitions.

Lodgepole Light: |

PBC's Cream Ale,
light in flavor, color and aroma. Cream ales are mild and light bodied
with no hop aroma and very little hop flavor. ● Bronze Medal in
the American Style Lager/Ale or Cream Ale category at the 1996 G.A.B.F.™

Porter: |

A robust,
full-bodied porter, dark & rich with a deep red hue. Brewed
with a hearty portion of chocolate malt in addition to added roasted
malts. Northern Brewer and Willamette hops balance out the final
character of this rich and hearty ale. ● Gold Medal at the
1997 N.A.B.A. "Best Of The West" Beer Festival.
● Silver Medal in
Robust Porter category 2004, N.A.B.A. Festival.

Prescott Pale Ale: |

Characterized by
its pale copper color, this brew is of medium body. Its pronounced hop
bitterness & aroma is induced by the generous use of Northern
Brewer, Liberty & Chinook hops in the boil and Willamette hops
in the finish. ● Gold Medal at the
1997 N.A.B.A. "Best Of The West" Beer Festival.
● Bronze Medal at
the 2000 N.A.B.A. Beer Festival.

Our India Pale Ale
is a medium bodied ale, with a light copper color characterized by an
intense hop flavor, a full flowery hop aroma and higher alcohol content.

A medium bodied ale
with a malty caramel flavor and little hop character. Very smooth and
flavorful.

Our American style
unfiltered wheat beer is a light bodied straw colored ale and has a
refreshing crisp flavor.

We always have a fine selection of our hand-crafted
brews; specialty and seasonal styles may vary throughout the year and
are subject to availability. PBC also offers "Beer To Go" in 22oz
Bombers and half gallon Growlers, in addition to full and half kegs.
One day advance notice is required on most keg orders.
